Clover Crate is currently a private family platform. This policy is a placeholder and will be replaced with a full privacy policy (including GDPR provisions) before external customers are onboarded.
Account email addresses, inventory data and photos entered by users, offer submissions from the public offers page, and waitlist emails. Data is stored with Supabase (US region) and photos are served via public URLs.
When you request AI, the selected provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) receives the descriptions and photos needed for that request. Web research uses the selected AI provider or a connected Brave Search account. A parcel-rate request sends shipment details to EasyPost when connected. Provider policies and account billing apply.
Personal API keys are encrypted in Supabase Vault. Only a family owner or admin can add, replace or remove them; saved plaintext keys are not returned to the browser. The app records a daily AI request count. The desktop Butler stores its private database connection locally on the trusted computer. Marketplace passwords are not collected by this release.
